The London Lions are excited to announce the signing of American guard, Juicy Landrum.
The 25-year-old from Waco, Texas spent four years at NCAA Division 1 powerhouse, Baylor University from 2016 to 2020. Notably, Juicy played a pivotal role in securing Baylor’s National Championship victory during the 2018-19 season. In the championship game against Notre Dame, Landrum scored eight points and dished out six assists, contributing significantly to the team’s triumph.
Throughout the NCAA Tournament that season, Juicy was a big contributor for the Bears. Over the course of six games, she showcased her versatility, averaging an impressive 10.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists. One of the standout moments of her collegiate career was setting the NCAA record for threes made in a game with a jaw-dropping 14 three-pointers, helping her reach a career-high 42 points.
After her stellar college career, Juicy entered the 2022 WNBA Draft, where she was selected as the No. 35 overall pick by the Connecticut Sun.
Landrum joined Turkish side Melikgazi Kayseri in December 2022, averaging an impressive 15.9 points while shooting 44% from inside the arc and an impressive 44.2% from behind the three-point line.
