2022 Commonwealth Silver Medallist and London Lions Captain Shanice Beckford-Norton to Host Junior Basketball Clinic alongside London Lions Coaches on Thursday, 15th December 2022
Ahead of the London Lions’ final Group J stage game in the FIBA EuroCup, we are offering girls and boys between 10-14 years the chance to participate in a Junior Basketball Clinic.
London Lions coaches and Lions Captain and 2022 Commonwealth Silver Medallist Shanice Beckford-Norton will host the session.
Taking place in the iconic Copper Box Arena, players will receive professional coaching in basketball fundamentals on the hardwood used by Lions players.
Shanice Beckford-Norton and the Lions’ coaches will teach basketball fundamentals like passing, dribbling, shooting and playing fun games. Throughout the clinic, we will deliver sessions based on the values of teamwork, leadership, fairness, perseverance and respect.
When registered for the clinic (link below), participants will be sent a ticket link for complimentary tickets to see the London Lions women’s team in FIBA EuroCup action as we welcome Dinamo Sassari, 730pm Tip-Off that same evening.
