London Lions host B. Braun Sheffield Sharks on Sunday afternoon.
The action at the Copper Box starts at 4pm, with tickets on sale now.
"Sheffield have been consistent all season" said Vear. "They have some big-time guys who are capable of bringing off big wins. It will be a tough game for us on Sunday, but we need to be ready because we're at the point where every game is vital."
While Lions are four in the table following Friday night's victory at Glasgow Rocks, Sharks sit third spot with a 9-7 record. Atiba Lyons' side finished third in the BBL Cup northern group with four wins from eight games before visiting the Copper Box in the quarter-finals where a season-high 28 points from Lorenzo Cugini helped Lions chalk up a 100-68 victory.
After a brief appearance for Bristol Flyers, Antwain Johnson has led Sharks with 204 points per game since joining the Sharks a month ago, adding 3.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists. Former Newcastle Eagles guard Rodney Glasgow led Sharks before Johnson's arrival and he currently averages 12,3 points and a team-high 4.4 assists, while Jordan Ratinho leads them with 5.8 rebounds, adding 11.8 points.
