The London Lions are excited to announce the signing of 30-year-old American wing, David Nwaba.
Nwaba joins the Lions from NBA G League team Motor City Cruise, where he averaged 10.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists. Nwaba spent the previous five seasons in the NBA, at teams such as the Los Angeles Lakers, Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Brooklyn Nets, and most recently the Houston Rockets from 2020-2022.
General Manager Brett Burman commented - "We are all really looking forward to having David join the Club. I know he is excited to start a new chapter in his basketball life, especially when you get an opportunity to join a winning team who is in the hunt for trophies. We have a great group of guys who are excited to get David on board and right into the thick of it.
