Both London Lions teams will face opposition from Manchester is their respective Trophy competitions.
The men's team had a big win at Newcastle Eagles on Friday as they started their defence of their title, and their reward is a trip to Manchester Giants on Sunday February 6th. The two sides have already met at the Copper Box this season, and 30 Dirk Williams points helped the hosts record a 107-80 victory.
Meanwhile the women's side received a bye in the first round and now host Manchester Mets Mystics on a date to be announced at the start of February. The two sides have let to meet this season but Mark Clark's team have been in find form this season and are yet to lose to British opposition. The winner of tie hosts Nottingham Wildcats or Cardiff Met Archers in the sem-final.
